Cancellation Policy

Deposits and Payments

All bookings require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival date. This will be charged to the nominated credit card.

Internet banking is available on request.

Vouchers
If you are using a voucher, the 25% deposit will not be charged, as your voucher will serve as the deposit.

Cancellations and Transfers
Any cancellations or transfers made within two weeks of your check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy for Unforeseen Circumstances

Full payment is required for all cancellations or booking transfers made within 2 weeks of arrival date for reasons beyond our control, including:

a) Travel delays or road closures affecting your journey to the accommodation.

b) Sickness from preventing one or more guests from travelling.

c) Weather conditions that impact your experience during your stay with us.

We will consider revising your stay only in the case of exceptional weather conditions and severe sickness.

Please inform us of any last minute changes to your booking.
