Secure Credit Card Pre-authorisation at $35pp
Pre-authorisation is a temporary "hold" on your credit card to secure a booking, which validates your card and ensures funds are available. Restaurants use this as standard practice to cover potential costs from cancellations, no-shows, or large groups.
No money is immediately charged to your credit card when you book; it's simply a hold. If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up, a fee will be actioned. If your numbers drop and you don’t let us know before 48 hours, a $35pp fee will be added to your bill to cover the cost of those not attending.
As we have so few group tables, any group over 10 is requested to complete the pre-authorisation process. Management will use discretion when actioning charges, the most important thing is to keep in touch with us as far in advance as possible.
