Experience our Seasonal cooking classes that takes your from the garden to the dinner table no matter what the season.
Come and enjoy a full day cooking workshop including an interactive garden session and a cooking demo where you will watch, learn and create a 3 course meal using seasonal produce from our veggie gardens.
09:30 - 15:30
In this class, Brad will take you into the garden to identify and harvest seasonal veggies and herbs that can be utilised at this time of year to create simple and delicious meals.
9.30 Morning tea on arrival - something delicious to nibble on from the Bistro kitchen served with Rocket coffee or Tea Total loose leaf tea while introductions are made
10.00 - Head into the garden to identify and harvest herbs and veggies
10.30 - Create a simple, delicious entree using easily sourced garden produce
11.30 - Learn how to put together the main course
12.30 - Lunch is served. Sample the delicious 3 course menu before you go home to recreate it in your kitchen
2pm - Brad demonstrates how to make a seasonal dessert.
A cash bar will be available to purchase additional drinks throughout the day.
Includes morning tea on arrival and a delicious 3 course lunch. Wine/beer and additional drinks can be purchased on the day.
